Implementation and solutions

Based on the results obtained, the firm proposed a realistic development plan (functions, actions and organizational structure) along with a timetable.

Impact and outcomes

With the financial support of the government, an organization dedicated to recreation and tourism in the east end of Montreal was created. Its objectives are: to better structure the offer, to support promising projects and to bring together the stakeholders to promote the development of tourism on the CCEM territory.
